Xuecheng joined the NarangLab in 2022 as a postdoctoral scholar. Xuecheng received his Ph.D. in chemistry from California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and his B.Sc. in chemical physics from the University of Science and Technology (USTC) of China in 2022 and 2016, respectively. His research background includes both developments and applications of path-integral based methods in the simulation of chemical dynamics. At NarangLab, he combines collective theoretical efforts, bridging first-principles predictions with AI-enabled quantum control schemes, to harness molecular ions as quantum sensors for low-energy tests of physics beyond the Standard Model.
