Dr. Wanfei Shan Joined the Narang Lab in November 2023 as a postdoctoral scholar. She received her B.Sc. in Applied Physics from Northwestern University, China in 2015, and her Ph. D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Condensed Matter Physics. Her doctoral research mainly focused on electronic and magnetic properties in both superlattices and low-dimensional materials. Her research interests extend to quantum magnetism, topological spin textures, excited sates, and non-equilibrium behaviors in solid-state systems.

Apart from research, she enjoys exercising, cooking, and hiking.
