Anastasia Pipi
Graduate Student
Anastasia is a PhD student in the Department of Physics at UCLA. Before joining the PhD program, she earned a Master’s in Quantum Science and Technology from UCLA and a BSc in Mathematical Physics from the University of Edinburgh. Her research focuses on developing quantum control methods, with an emphasis on using machine learning to design state preparation protocols for complex molecular systems. These protocols aim to advance the study of fundamental physics in AMO systems [1].
In her free time, Anastasia enjoys practicing yoga, dance, and cooking.
